KISS returning to the stage at “KISS Kruise: Landlocked in Vegas’ fan event this fall

KISS performs live at Van Andel Arena. GRAND RAPIDS^ MICHIGAN / USA - March 9^ 2019

After KISS’s Paul Stanley revealed there were going to be some changes to the previously-announced ‘KISS Army Storms Vegas’ event this past June, it was confirmed that the band will return to the stage as part of a special fan event

Now dubbed KISS Kruise: Landlocked in Vegas, this “full-throttle fan experience” will see the band take the stage for the first time since officially playing its final full-production shows in late 2023.

The event will still taking place Nov. 14-16 at Virgin Hotels, but in addition to the previously announced KISS unmasked performance, a second acoustic unmasked performance has been added on opening night. The event will also include performances from former KISS guitarist Bruce Kulick; Stephen Pearcy performing the music of Ratt; former Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach; Quiet Riot; Black N’ Blue; and several KISS cover bands.

In addition to the music, fans can also expect exclusive Q&A sessions with Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley and Tommy Thayer, as well as longtime manager Doc McGhee. Other panelists include Legendary KISS producer Bob Ezrin, Lynn Goldsmith, famed KISS photographer and KISS Army founders Bill Starkey and Jay Evans. Fans will also get a sneak peek on all that is ahead for the band in a special “The Future of KISS” panel.

A press release states that ‘this massive event is designed as a way to pay tribute to the KISS Kruise brand that saw the band and its fans take to the seas frequently over the years, as well as a means of commemorating the KISS Army’s 50th Anniversary and the 30th anniversary of the first KISS fan convention.’
